The attended problems of the power engineering and ecology intensify the search of alternative decisions in area of the refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Efficiency of the evaporated cooling of environments is limited by the climatic terms, nevertheless, the interest to possibilities of evaporated coolers of both direct and indirect type in recent the years steadily increases, that they are conditioned by the small energy consumption and ecological cleanness. The evaporated coolers can be used both in the autonomous variant, and in the combined systems, for example with the complement of sun drying evaporated coolers, where the preliminary drainage of air secures high efficiency of the subsequent evaporated cooling of environments in the refrigeration systems and wet-thermal treatment of air in the systems of conditioning [1-2]
