Аннотация Regulations and publications on the provision of quality health care for patients with diseases of the circulatory system of the native scientists have been studied. The majority of the issues concerns the disorganization of health care standards: the uneven distribution of diagnostic resources mostly in the hospitals and preventive health care organizations. The proposed ways to improve the patient care have been analyzed.
