Аннотация The global economic integration and progress in communication area have caused changes in the structure of the modern
media market. The transnational corporations are considered as the basic segment of information field and substantially influence a
situation in the world. Today media conglomerates become ever less, but they, in turn, supervise the increasing number of mass-media.
