The section BUSINESS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY of electronic periodical “Comprende” invites you to participate in the 1st International Off-campus Conference “BUSINESS in IT: Theory and Practice”, which will be held June 27, 2012.
BUSINESS IN IT: THEORY AND PRACTICE
1) Theoretical aspects of the new scope of “business in IT”: psychology, law, communication
2) Issues of management practice of IT-business in Russia and abroad
3) Legal aspects of running your own IT-business
4) Managing finance in the field of IT: cash flows, resources, taxation, profit. Financial categories in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and their implementation in the business
5) Entrepreneurial initiative. New areas of application of mind and capital injections. Network structures and its preferences
6) The social component of the IT-business. The use of public and private benefits: compromise and “IT-good”
7) To run your own IT-business: joint venture и international IT-cooperation; the role of informationally active clasters
The purposes of this scientific and practical conference are:

-         Communication of scholars, teachers, representatives of IT-business and all interested parties in the format of discussion of fundamental and applied issues, as to development of new techniques, technologies and technical means to improve systems reliability and quality of IT innovations in civilized IT business, as well as to ensure financial, legal and socio-economic development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in education, science and industry, carry out analysis of designing and implementation of research findings into high-tech and advanced industries of the society; there are of importance the economic and institutional arrangements for innovation;
-         Elaboration of recommendations to improve the content and technology of formation to meet the needs of the population and labor market in quality education, as well as in the development of fundamental and practical branches of educational programs, implementation of continuous (life-long) learning under conditions of the economy of sustainable development (it’s essential to take national and international experience into consideration).

BUSINESS IN IT: THEORY AND PRACTICE. The name of the forthcoming conference was not chosen by chance: today information technologies are entering a new era of development and starting to shape a great opportunity and bright prospects before hidden from the eyes of the profane, and from the watchful eye of professional as well.
Business IT is promising than ever, drawing in this area specialists from different areas of professional activity. Some of them are looking for money and glory, others – broad opportunities for self-fulfillment and career development, the remaining category of people seeks to implement successful technical solutions and use at 100% a boundless field for creativity.
One thing is clear: IT is a free business, a business where there are no limits, no frames and distancing. It is real: there is no abstraction. Before “virtual”, the field of eCommerce (e-commerce) has been materializing more intensively during 2000s, merging into our lives with a full-flowing stream, which has its own “pros” and “cons”. A player coming into this business is to be an entrepreneur and innovator, he is free to think “without limits”, have inclusive worldview and to take such practical solutions that will enable to maximize the result, which would have been worth to effort and energy spent by. So, imagine yourself being a part of the modern IT- family to say: “I am an engineer to change the world”!
IT is the scope of the future, the sphere of the creative economy, where free-boiling young blood makes rampaging a set of usual things, can’t help but blossom the colors of design, boost finance, international cooperation and entrepreneurial activity. Innovation is encouraged, news is updated and everything is allowed which is not prohibited by law, customs and practice of business turnover. That’s why, not by chance, the date for the conference was chosen: June 27, 2012, the Youth Day in Russia.
It is important to have the awareness and possess full understanding of what you read in the announcement of the upcoming cultural, educational and training activities. We will not conceal the fact: it is focused, first of all, on the youth audience! Insofar as the «Uno de cada cuatro jóvenes no comprende lo que lee» [Esp.] – «One out of every four young people do not understand what he/she reads”…
 However, the old  generation is not also separated from the daily routine of IT, because information technologies are to be in all, it’s all-inclusive, like any other mobile and rapidly developing sphere of the actively transforming environment in the epoch of relevant information where we live in …
What is important is the social component: the field of profit and investments is the sphere of application for non-commercial initiatives; the ratio in the form of “private- public benefit” may be characterized by the concept of IT goods, which should constitute the basis for implementation of  civilized character of the IT business.
